Energy is difficult to define. It is not a substance, not a substance, not a liquid or a gas. But no matter what we do, we constantly spend it. And not only when we turn on the computer or drive a car, but also when we think or just lie on the couch. Therefore, the question of where to get energy from is eternal.
But besides this question, there are many others. Where does electricity come from and how does it get into our home? Is it possible to live without wires? How to use the energy of lightning? Why do swings swing, and slingshots simply did not exist two hundred years ago? If you are interested in learning about this, this book is for you. And remember, questions are the very step from which the path of science begins.
