Sven Nordqvist. Fox Hunting

Sven Nordqvist is a Swedish writer and artist, born in 1946 in Helsingborg. He studied architecture at university and learned illustration through distance learning courses. After graduating, he earned money by drawing for advertising and educational materials, and designed posters and greeting cards.
In 1984, the first book about Pettson and Findus, "The Birthday Cake," was published. At the time, the aspiring Swedish writer had no idea how much fame these characters would bring him.
